BUSINESSES

One of the most profitable businesses.

  • Recommended to sell with three other people.
  • Many upgrades become unlockable by doing Research which is available on your business laptop.
    • This needs Supplies, pay for those instead of resupplying (unless you want to).
    • A good approach is selecting Research and earning what you can elsewhere, go back often to pay for each last bit of Research. Repeat 51 times.
    • This will cost you some money early but some of the upgrades will be very helpful to you later on.
    • Switch to Manufacturing only afterwards for money.
  • Visit the Stash House every day to pick up a full Resupply to one of your owned businesses.
  • Look out for random encounters involving hostile NPCs in a vehicle, marked with a blue dot. They have supplies you can steal but only for specific businesses.

DON'T PRESS L3 DURING BUGGY SALES

  • L3 is usually for vehicle horns. Pressing it on these sales drops proximity mines which are a hazard to other members and their activities. You are responsible for any losses or kills.
  • A shooting range can be added which unlocks free weapon pickups after each level, there are three levels for each weapon class.
    • The free weapons are RPGs, Grenade Launcher shells, Grenades and Molotovs. They do respawn. The main award is being able to carry five more of each throwable weapon.
  • The MOC (Mobile Operations Centre) is stored here and it has a workshop. More details on that in Service Vehicles.
  • The side mission to sell Excess Weapon Parts is available from Bunkers using a Duneloader which is slow and frustrating to drive while being constantly chased.
  • One personal vehicle is able to be temporarily parked inside until you leave the game or change session.
  • Spawn location, gun locker and wardrobe, default storage for the AA Trailer.

  • Keep heat levels low by doing car washes, weed deliveries or helicopter tours and receive a boost to the product value of these three businesses.
    • Hands on Car Wash, +35% money to Cash sales.
    • Smoke on the Water, +35% money to Weed sales.
    • Higgins Helitours, +10% money to Hangar sales.
  • You're able to call Raf for this instead of going to each one which is much faster.
  • Income from the separate money laundering jobs appear in a bag at the Car Wash.
  • There is a snack bowl in each business.
  • Spawn location and $100k capacity safe in the Car Wash with information on daily income from every business that you own.

All

  •  All accessible from the CEO Office computer.
  • Your CEO Office has roof access and can be entered and exited by helicopter.
  • Snacks and the side mission to sell Excess Goods are both available from your Assistant. The delivery truck is large but reasonably quick and goes to the same place every time.
  • There is a moderately well-hidden gun locker next to your CEO Office computer.
  • Spawn location and wardrobe in both the CEO Office and Vehicle Warehouse.

Special Cargo

  • Special Cargo can be sourced and delivered to five purchasable warehouses: small, medium and large are available. Up to three other people can help you with sourcing and selling.
  • Once you buy a medium warehouse, you cannot trade it in for a small one, only another medium warehouse. The same thing applies to large warehouses, large one for a large one.
  • Sourcing crates is possible with Warehouse Staff for $7500 each time.

Vehicle Cargo

  • Vehicle Cargo is sold from a separate purchasable building, the Vehicle Warehouse. More details on your CEO Office computer.
  • Special Vehicles that you buy are stored inside the Vehicle Warehouse, downstairs.
  • There is space for sixty vehicles on three floors in your garages here, a garage workshop is available, Benny’s conversions are included.

  • Sourcing and sell missions that are similar to CEO Special Cargo, with more aircraft and off-roading involved. Recommended to sell with at least five other people.
  • Manually complete 48 total sourcing missions to unlock all trade prices for the aircraft from the Smuggler DLC.
  • Sourcing is also possible with Rooster, $25000 for a single random crate each time. This is not the most profitable or fastest if you're able to get people helping you.
  • Lots of personal aircraft storage including those from Pegasus, and an aircraft workshop. Dozens more aircraft spawn points open up.
  • Optional Avenger storage, includes a workshop with more Avenger upgrades. It can be stored in the Facility you wanted.
  • Spawn location, snacks bowl in front of the TV upstairs, wardrobe.

 (Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed, Docs)

  • This all starts with buying an MC Clubhouse. The only functional thing inside each business is a laptop to use. Recommended to sell with three or four other people.
  • Visit the Stash House every day to pick up a full Resupply to one of your owned businesses. Look out for random encounters involving hostile NPCs in a vehicle, marked with a blue dot. They have supplies you can steal but only for specific businesses.
  • All available MC business can be seen on your Clubhouse laptop. Most people like the Senora Desert locations because they're cheaper and usually quicker to sell from.
  • Space for ten personal vehicles and a workshop, both are for motorbikes only.
  • Can run bike servicing jobs for some money.
  • MC Contracts are available from here.
  • The bar can be resupplied to earn some money however the van to bring them back is heavily bugged--best advice is to use or ask for a DH-7 Mule, and carry it back.
  • Spawn location, arm wrestling, darts, wardrobe.

  • This needs your businesses to be at least operational, no supplies, stock or product are needed for it to work. No MC product is used either, it is completely separate.
  • Each sourced product is named differently but they're exactly the same.
    • Cargo and Shipments: this needs a Hangar or a Special Cargo Warehouse to work.
    • Sporting Goods: this needs a Bunker to work.
    • South American Imports: this needs Coke to work.
    • Pharmaceutical Research: this needs Meth to work.
    • Organic Produce: this needs Weed to work.
    • Printing and Copying: this needs Documents to work.
    • Cash Creation: this needs Counterfeit Cash to work.
  • Upgrade the Nightclub storage capacity and hire more technicians for a significant increase in your earning potential.
  • Watch out for a bug that stops your technicians gathering product, check your computer to see if the stock bar moved since you last checked. It usually affects "South American Imports" -simply switch them around.
  • There is space for thirty personal vehicles on three garage floors plus one in the service area.
  • Free Heavy Revolver available next to the bed.
  • There is an option to have your Terrorbyte here or the Garment Factory in the Interaction Menu. It can be upgraded in your Nightclub along with the three sell vehicles you will use. Which one spawns on a sale depends on how much product you're selling.

DON'T INSTALL PROXIMITY MINES ON NIGHTCLUB SELL VEHICLES

  • L3 is usually for vehicle horns. Doing it on these sales drops proximity mines which are a hazard to other members and their activities. You are responsible for any losses or kills.
  • If you own the DH-7 Mule then single drop sales become very quick. If you do not own it and want some help then many people own one, they'll be happy to help. It does only work if they're in your CEO/MC as well.
  • Complete Nightclub Popularity missions to have up to $50000 every game day put in your safe. You can do this quickly by swapping DJs several times which is more easily done from a basement level to skip the cutscenes. Use the computer to do that.
  • Spawn location, gun locker, $250k capacity safe, wardrobe.

  •  Car heists are started from here with additional towing work to fill the safe faster. Some cars can be saved for yourself. They have exclusive number plates with tags referencing previous GTA games and Yankton.
  • Sell up to four cars at once with three helpers. All sales go to the same place, every time. The High Demand bonus is not applied.
  • Snacks bowl upstairs with a $250k capacity safe, spawn location, wardrobe.

  • This cooperates directly with every business you own through the Master Control Terminal.
  • All three Mansions can be owned and customised except for the AI theme which remains the same one you choose.
  • The Mansion is an instanced environment, this means everything that is placed by you is kept. It cannot be accessed by anyone else unless they're invited. It can also be entered and exited by helicopter.
  • Production boost of 66% to one business every real life day. The same business cannot be boosted consecutively and it needs to alternate. Stay aware of the weekly bonuses!
  • The Mansion security upgrade combined with a security upgrade to any business now stops business raids entirely for that single business.
  • There is space for twenty total personal vehicles, two of those can be placed in your driveway and one in your display cabinet. There is a garage workshop. If you have GTA+ then Benny's and HSW vehicle modifications are available here as well.
  • Spawn location, fast travel feature, yoga and strength training for handy boosts, some customisation options including in the arcade room, placeable trophies and wall plaques, small nightclub area to invite other players, weapon workshop, gun locker, hair dresser, tattooist, wardrobe……and a bank vault.

PROPERTIES

  • The Dr Dre Contract starts here which has a guaranteed payout of a million dollars, and includes the Short Trip missions which are playable as Franklin if by yourself, and Lamar if you're with somebody.

    • Think about your weapon loadout.

  • Production boost available inside, look for the test tube racks for a prompt.
  • Easily buy or source supplies by ringing or speaking to Mutt, or pause production.
  • Best to sell solo. It’s always a one vehicle sale by yourself so it doesn't make sense to bring more people on more bikes.

  • Requestable aircraft inspired by the real life Osprey V-22. It has VTOL and can fly like a helicopter or a plane.
  • It can have a vehicle workshop, weapon workshop, and numerous additional upgrades from the Facility and Hangar workshops. There is also a wardrobe included.
